當我們談到印尼音樂🎶

耳畔間響起的是甘美朗與安克隆的精采聲響，它們在世界民族音樂都佔有一席之地。

甘美朗擁有獨特的樂器組織和謹慎繁複的音聲結構，與宗教精神、舞蹈表演、皮影戲、民俗文學緊密結合，
是東南亞鑼群音樂的重要代表。
而安克隆深深地扎根於常民生活，不論是祭儀或娛樂，都能見其蹤影，
近代以來更與西方律制、演奏模式結合，是極易上手的合奏樂器。

現在，讓Ａ8藝文中心透過「世界音樂在Ａ8-印尼的聲響交織」，
帶著我們認識經典甘美朗因地域不同而產生的音聲樣貌，
透過歷史長河的流轉，欣賞傳統印尼音樂在臺灣土地上所呈現精采詮釋；
同時，還能親身體驗安克隆的聲響趣味，
一同享受印尼極富多元文化魅力的聲響交織。

除了分享印尼音樂與文化的交織融合之外，展覽期間A8藝文中心也將舉辦各式講座活動，讓印尼音樂及文化更貼近我們的生活，
像是印尼宮廷舞蹈的表演、音樂脈絡的分享、製作蠟染面具及面具舞的體驗、印尼偶戲的演出，
都將在A8藝文中心發生✨

When we discuss Indonesian music, the wondrous sounds of Gamelan and Angklung come to mind.🎶
They occupy places of honor within world music.

Gamelan features unique musical arrangements and carefully overlain musical structures.
It is intimately linked with religion, dance, Wayang Kulit (shadow puppets and performances), and popular literature. Gamelan is a major representative of Southeast Asian gong-based music.

The Angklung is deeply rooted in everyday people’s lives.
Its influence extends from religious rituals to daily entertainment.
In recent times, it has been combined with western rhythms and performance styles, and it is an extremely easy ensemble instrument to learn.

Now, through “World Music at A8: The Interweaving Sound from Indonesia”,
A8 Art Center helps us understand how the sounds of Gamelan vary by region,
and guides us on a journey down the river of history, to gain an appreciation of the marvelous interpretations of traditional Indonesian music that have been demonstrated in Taiwan.
At the same time, you will have an opportunity to experience first-hand the delights of Angklung music.
Come, enjoy the wonderfully diverse charms that interweave within the musical threads of Indonesia.

In addition to sharing the interweaving and fusion of Indonesian music and culture,
during the exhibition period,
A8 Art Center is also holding a variety of talks and events.
This helps bring Indonesian music and culture closer to our everyday lives.
Indonesian courtly dance performances, sharing about musical traditions, experiences making batik masks and doing mask dances, Indonesian puppet performances – all these will soon be happening at A8 Art Center✨
